About 20 years ago, in 2000, when the CEREC  machine just came out, Dr. Nguyen was the first dentist in Houston to purchase the machine for his patient.  This German company did not sell to USA at that time, so Dr. Nguyen ordered the machine through a dealer in Canada.  The machine cost about 100,000 dollars and the money must be paid in advance.  After about one month of waiting, he received the machine.  The company released the news of purchase to the local television.  Chanel 2 News contacted Dr. Nguyen and arranged to taped this procedure for the evening Medical News Updates.
